My Why

Having spent years bringing new products from concept to market in new markets as a PM, I worked with some of the smartest humans on the planet, but I was seeing so much brain power being confined to tiny, siloed boxes.

I was seeing solutions being defined before the problems and who they affected were clearly understood. I was seeing decisions being made with a limited range of perspectives. I was seeing millions of dollars, time, energy, and resources being put into bandaid solutions that created more problems.

Often, we are asking the wrong questions. As a result, we are building products and focusing our resources on too many things that are making our lives worse.

So I left my job at Google to create Conscious Product Development, which empowers teams to develop meaningful products that have a measurable positive impact on our lives.

I act as a quarterback to create order out of chaos. I work with driven Product Managers and product leaders across domains to deeply understand problems to be solved. I provide coaching, rational tools, and principles to help individuals level up, and bring exceptional solutions to life in the process.

And I have fun doing it!
